Orders above BDT 3,000 – Free Delivery
Orders below BDT 3,000 – Standard charge of BDT 80–130 depending on location
Cash on Delivery (COD) available across most areas

Charges vary based on destination and parcel weight
Calculated during checkout or provided via message before order confirmation
Custom duties or taxes, if applicable in the destination country, are the customer’s responsibility

📦 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation
Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are processed the next business day
You will receive a tracking number via SMS or email once the parcel is dispatched
