Returns and Refunds Policy

After placing an order, you receive an order confirmation via email and or SMS/Call—your order is officially confirmed only after you receive the SMS/Call. Melina Bangladesh reserves the right to cancel or modify any order.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by calling their helpline at +880 1714-153092 or emailing at info@melinabd.com. No cancellation fee applies if delivery hasn’t begun.
Once the order status is updated to “Shipped,” cancellations are not allowed—unless you pay an additional ₺100 cancellation fee plus shipping.
No cancellations are allowed once the product is delivered or once the customer has received the product. After delivery, only warranty claims are accepted—not returns or refunds.

Eligibility Rules:

You must return the item in the same condition as it was received
Product must be unused, in its original condition, packaging box, tags, warranty card, and with all accessories free from wear.
If any of these are missing or the item arrives in unacceptable condition, Melina Bangladesh may refuse the return or send the item back to you.

Refunds for online or mobile wallet payments take 7–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment gateway processing times.
Gateway and refund processing charges will be deducted from the refund;
No extra charges apply for wallet refunds (incur no extra charge)
If delivery fails entirely or is delayed within the promised time frame due to Melina Bangladesh’s fault, refunds will be issued without any charges.
